Draw with Apple iPad Pro
The iPad Pro 10.5-inch includes a number of built-in drawing apps that you can use for free or for a subscription, and the best part is, you don’t need to be an artist to learn to draw.
One of the best tools to use is Apple Pencil, and when you get the hang of drawing with the Apple Pencil, you can transfer your artistic skills to other creative projects.

The Apple Pencil on the iPad Pro 10.5-inch is magnetically attached to the side of the tablet and functions independently of the tablet itself. When not in use, the Pencil slides neatly into a charging stand that is included with the iPad Pro.
The stand clips onto the tablet with the bottom of the Pencil, making it super easy to attach to the tablet as a guide for artists.
The bottom of the Pencil is the flat side that is magnetically attached to the tablet. The top of the Pencil is a flat surface that slides in to the charging stand.

How to Draw on the Apple Pencil
Using Apple Pencil for drawing is an entirely different experience compared to tapping on a screen with your finger. To start off, you need to set up the Apple Pencil and use the Pencil to sign into the iPad.
Tap on the icon that looks like a circle with a line through it.
The Pencil will appear in the menu bar at the top of the iPad, and you can connect the Pencil to the iPad using the charging stand.
- A popup will appear on the screen. Tap on the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
- Tap on the new option, Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth menu, you can connect to your iPad.
- Click Connect.
- You can use Pencil on the iPad to annotate PDFs, upload images to Facebook, and more.
- To start drawing, tap on the Pencil in the menu bar on the iPad Pro.
- Tap on the Apple Pencil menu. In the menu, select Draw.
- Tap on the Apple Pencil menu again. In the menu, select Apple Pencil.
- Toggle the display settings to turn on the Pencil so that you can see what the Pencil sees.
Scroll through the drawing tools until you find the Pencil drawing tools. Tap on the Pencil and toggle the options to Draw and Screen.
You can now draw on the screen. Just move your Pencil around and place it wherever you want to draw.
When finished drawing, hold down the lower side of the Pencil while tapping the upper side of the Pencil. The iPad will know which side is up and rotate the screen to align the iPad Pro with the Pencil.
Tap on the Pencil screen and it will instantly save your drawing.

You can share your drawings with friends using the built-in sharing options. Just tap the share icon, which is the circle with a line through it in the upper right corner of the screen.
You can choose who to share your drawing with or automatically share it with all your friends. You can also choose to share with specific contacts or groups of contacts.
You can also view the drawings that you have previously created by tapping on the Paper icon on the top right corner of the screen.
